On Sunday, 28 June, the Leicester Symphony Orchestra will offer two amazing performances to the Leicester audience, as part of their initiative, Leicester Symphony Orchestra at the Community. The event will take place at the Little Theatre. The concert includes the "Peter and the Wolf" by Prokofiev and the "Toy Symphony" by Haydn. Join us before the performances as the children are invited to make hats for the characters in Prokofiev's 'Peter and the Wolf' or shakers with a water bottle filled with pasta or a rattle drum/monkey drum using paper plates, so they can play along to Haydn's 'Toy Symphony'. To book your tickets, visit: https://thelittletheatre.co.uk/whats-on/leicester-sympthony-orchestra-peter-and-the-wolf/
The workshops will take place at the following times.
12:45 – 13:45 before the 14:00 show
15:45 – 16:45 before the 17:00 show
Suggested age range for children 4-10.
